Refund policy

We produce items on demand via our print partner. Because products are made to order, we accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong item.
To start a return, contact us at services@thoughtbot.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions. Items must be unused and in original condition. We are not responsible for returns without prior approval or for size/fit issues once printed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We're unable to issue refunds for packages that are not delivered due to unpaid duties or other fees by the customer.
